The South Sound Mushroom Club Cookbook

This cookbook was put together by the South Sound Mushroom Club members and has some great recipes in it for any mushroom lover!  The book contains nearly 100 pages of recipes lavishly illustrated and hand written by club member Joe Tillman.  The book contains sections for sauces, appetizers, soups, salads, vegetable dishes, meat dishes, and seafood.

This book has been out of print for many years, but thanks to the hard work of the club, we now have it available again $15.00 per copy.  You may purchase your copy from Melodie Gates by either requesting one through our Contact Us form on this site, or at the next club meeting.  All profits from sales are used to maintain the club and finance future events and activities.

If you are an avid mushroom hunter, this book is indispensible for finding great new ways to prepare the results of your hard work!  If you're a beginner, this is a great way to figure out what exactly to do with your mushrooms after you've picked and identified them.  There is something here for everyone!
