The South Sound Mushroom Club Cookbook

This cookbook was put together by the South Sound Mushroom Club members and has some great recipes in it for any mushroom lover! The book contains nearly 100 pages of recipes lavishly illustrated and hand written by club member Joe Tillman. The book contains sections for sauces, appetizers, soups, salads, vegetable dishes, meat dishes, and seafood.

This book had been out of print for many years, but thanks to the hard work of the club, we now have it available again. The cookbook is now $15 in person, or $20 online. You may purchase your copy from CheddarUp below or by contacting Melodie Gates at the next club meeting. All profits from sales are used to maintain the club and to finance future events and activities.
